Josephine B. Iandoli is a founding partner in the law firm of Iandoli & Edens, LLC which has been located in Chester for over 17 years. While much has been written about surviving divorce, Ms. Iandoli's goal is to see to it that each of her clients is able to not merely survive divorce, but "Thrive Post-Divorce." Finances are an integral factor of that goal. It is essential to preserve the assets, whether it is a house, investment account or business. Ms. Iandoli, a New Jersey Divorce Lawyer, has handled numerous cases involving significant assets and high incomes.

Ms. Iandoli has also handled numerous cases involving custody. Ms. Iandoli's experience goes back to 30 years ago working for two matrimonial judges. This gave her the opportunity to see the cases from the judges' perspectives. She worked for a matrimonial firm for five years before co-founding Iandoli & Edens, whose motto is "Divorce Doesn't Have to Destroy."

In order to better serve her clients, she went back to law school to learn how to mediate all aspects of a New Jersey Divorce and Family Law case. Whether the case is litigated or mediated, she pays close attention to the specific factors in each case to reach the desired goal of her clients in an expeditious manner.

Ms. Iandoli has juggled school and work and career and family life for many years. She knows how to help clients reach efficient solutions to their problems.

The law firm's practice is devoted exclusively to matrimonial law/mediation. Ms. Iandoli is a member of the Morris County Bar Association, Family Law Section.

Ms. Iandoli also volunteers as a pro bono attorney for the Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project; the Women's Center at Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey; and the Women's Center at County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey. Ms. Iandoli serves as a volunteer for the Superior Court, Morris County, as an Early Settlement Panelist and as an Economic Mediator for the Court's Mediation program. She has been awarded the BV Distinguished Rating by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings as Very High Rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.
