Attorney Profiles

We welcomed Ms. Diane Vidal as an associate of the firm in June of 2011. Ms. Vidal's legal career commenced almost a decade ago as a paralegal while she worked her way through law school. She worked alongside former municipal court judge, Nelson C. Monteiro, Esq., where she learned many areas of the law including real estate, criminal as well as wills and estates, with a concentration on matrimonial and family law.

Ms. Vidal quickly found her passion for matrimonial law having counseled clients regarding many realms of family related issues. Given her opportunity to help families through stressful times in their lives, Ms. Vidal's experience permits her to counsel clients in divorce disputes, equitable distribution, domestic violence matters, child support, parenting time schedule issues, and post-divorce disputes.

Ms. Vidal graduated with honors from Rutgers University and is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor and was an associate editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau Journal. Ms. Vidal was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and New York State Courts in 2007. She has authored numerous articles regarding the several phases of matrimonial law which were published on eHow.com. Ms. Vidal is also fluent in Portuguese and knowledgeable in Spanish.
